Game Rules:
How the rounds will work
All sign ups will be randomised and split into groups of 8 players *this may change in various circumstances*. If your name is highlighted, this means that you are the host. For details on how to host, please read below. The other 7 players should await an invite into the match. Once invited and all the rules have been correctly input correctly the game will get under way. After the 10 minute round time, the top 2 players on the leader board will advance into the next round of the tournament. The top 2 from each Heat will then earn their place in the Sunday Grand Final, where they will compete against 7 other games and the player finishing 1st on the leader board will be crowned the overall winner!
Hosting a Lobby
If you are chosen as the host, it is your responsibility to set up the game for the other players to join. To host a Private Game, you select 'Multiplayer' on the Call of Duty main menu, and then select the 'Xbox Live' option. You will now be greeted with a new menu where you will chose the 'Xbox Live' option again and then select 'Private Match'. You can now enter the game settings as found below. Please ensure you set the Maximum Players to 8. This will prevent people randomly joining the Free for All mid progress. It is also your job to invite the other 7 players to the game. To add a new Friend, simple get their Gamertag from the ConsoleGaming match up list, and click the guide button on your Xbox controller. Chose Friends and select 'Add Friend' at the top of the list. Please ensure that you have sufficient space on your 'Friends List' before attempting to add people. Once you have added all the other participants, you can proceed to inviting them into the game by selecting their gamer profile and clicking, 'Send Game Invite'.
Joining a Lobby
If you are not highlighted as the host of the game, then do not sweat, you should await your invite to play. Please ensure that you have enough space on your Xbox Live Friends List to receive a Friend Request from the host. Alternatively, you can add the host yourself to save time. Once you have either accepted the Host's Friend Request, or they have accepted your Friend Request, you should now await an invite to join the game.

FAQ
How to Enter
Signing up for the event can be broken down into three eay steps:
- Register your ConsoleGaming.eu Account - If you are already registered skip to the third step.
- Activate your account from the email you receive. Please use our Contact Us form if you are having problems activating your account.
- Sign up to the event of your choice (using the links above). You will need to enter your Xbox Live Gamertag at this point and confirm that you accept the rules for this event.
Further details on how the event will work, what the process is, along with specific tournament game details(which map to use, time limits etc) will be added shortly. Each qualifier will be limited to 512 people, so we strongly suggest you signup as soon as signups are open.
Match Disputes
If you have a problem with your game, you can contact a ConsoleGaming.eu member of staff who will aim to troubleshoot the problem and hopefully resolve them. A list of available staff will be made available on the day of the tournament.
Submitting Scores
We hope to have a large number of the games staffed. If this is the case then you do not need to worry about submitting the score as the referee will handle that for you.
However if there is no referee then you are no doubt wondering what to do.
On your qualifiers grouping screen (links at the top) you should see a set of checkboxes next to all the teams in your group.
This is so that you can inform us of the winners (i.e. the top two teams) of your FFA match. We can't just go off what the first person says so it'll essentially work like a voting system. You'll only able to vote on your own group and only once per round.
Providing there isn't a referee in the room, a staff member will then tally the results of these 'votes' at the end of the round and then decide which team should be advanced to the next round of the qualifier.
Once teams have been advanced to the next round you should find that the groupings screen automatically shows you the latest round. If you need to go back to Round 1 then you'll be able to use the links above the groups to do so.
